Car rental inLisbon
Collected at arrivals, returned wherever suits you. Insurance, unlimited kilometres and tolls unit in every rate. Nothing is added at the desk.

The small print, in large print.
Everything a rental desk usually tells you after you've signed. Here it is before you book.
We track your flight, so a delay costs nothing and nobody leaves. Paperwork takes ten minutes; the car is parked two minutes’ walk away.
That is the most you’d pay if the car were damaged. Reduced excess brings it to €200 for €9 a day; zero excess is €15 a day.
Return with less and we charge pump price for the difference plus €15. No pre-paid tank you can’t use.
Drive through the electronic-only motorway lanes without stopping. Tolls are billed at cost after the rental, with no admin fee.
Inside 48 hours we keep one day’s rate and refund the rest. Changing dates or cars is free at any time.
The fleet
Rates for 4 days. Insurance, kilometres, tolls unit and VAT included. Models are examples of each class — you get that model or one just like it.

Illustrations, not photographs of the cars named.
Choose your cover
Cover is already in every rate. Upgrades only change what you'd pay if something happened.
What to bring
Four things. Bring these and you're driving out of the car park within fifteen minutes.
Held for at least a year. Non-Latin licences need an International Driving Permit too.
We check it at the desk and hand it straight back.
In the main driver’s name, for the refundable deposit hold. Debit cards can pay for the rental.
Or 25+ for SUVs, the Tesla and the minibus. That’s an insurer rule.
Three drives from Lisbon
Each one is under an hour from the airport. Ask for our route notes when you book.
01Palaces in the hills and lanes too narrow for a minibus. Go early, park once at the bottom and walk up.
02Out along the river, then the coast road past the surf beaches. Windows down, any car will do.
03Over the 25 de Abril bridge to a ridge road above white beaches. Summer parking fills by 10:00.
Request your car
We confirm by email within two hours, 08:00–22:00. The car is held without a deposit until you reply.

Questions
Do I need an International Driving Permit?
Not if your licence is printed in the Latin alphabet: EU, UK, US, Canadian and Australian licences are fine on their own. Licences in other scripts need an International Driving Permit alongside them.
How old do I have to be?
21 or over, with a full licence held for at least one year. SUVs, the Tesla and the minibus need drivers aged 25 or over. There is no young-driver surcharge.
What deposit do you hold?
€300 on small and family cars, €500 on SUVs, electric cars and the minibus. It is a hold on a credit card in the driver’s name, not a charge, released the day you return the car. Some banks take 5–10 working days to show it.
What exactly is the excess?
It is the most you pay if the car is damaged. €1,000 on Standard cover, €200 with Reduced excess, and nothing with Zero excess. You can upgrade any time before pick-up.
How do tolls work?
Several Portuguese motorways are electronic-toll only. Every car has a Via Verde unit fitted, so you drive straight through. Tolls are charged at cost to your card within ten days of return, with no admin fee.
Can I drive into Spain?
Yes, if you tell us when you book. We add cross-border cover and the Spanish breakdown number to your contract for €45 per rental.
What if the car breaks down?
Call the 24-hour number on the key fob. Roadside help is included, and if the fault is ours you get a replacement car or a refund for the lost day.
